    This is how UNN Post UTME aggregate score is calculated; Ratio: 60:40 JAMB 60 percent O level 40 % O’level Grade A 1 = 100 points B2 = 90points B 3 = 80 points C4 = 70 points C 5 = 60 points C6 = 50 points Assuming that you are an applicant, seeking to pursue a study program in Scientific LaboratoryRead more

    This is how UNN Post UTME aggregate score is calculated;

    Ratio: 60:40

    JAMB 60 percent
    O level 40 %
    O’level Grade
    A 1 = 100 points
    B2 = 90points
    B 3 = 80 points
    C4 = 70 points
    C 5 = 60 points
    C6 = 50 points

    Assuming that you are an applicant, seeking to pursue a study program in Scientific Laboratory Medical/ Laboratory Science and your JAMB result is 280, the following of your WAEC will be the grades of your results;

    Chemistry-C5 (60)
    Biology 3 (80)
    Physics- B2 (90)
    English language C4 (70)

    The totals = 60+ 80+90+70 = 300
    Just multiply your JAMB mark by 0.6, and add till your O level point scores.

    Aggregate Score = (280 x 0.6) [ 300 x 0.4 ]
    Sum = 168+120
    Aggregate total = 288
    Lastly, get the UNN Aggregate Score with Post UTME.

    The procedure you need to follow is creating an email address with Google Gmail first so that you can have your JAMB registration. It is a mail that you will use to create your JAMB profile.

    JAMB profile can be used to access online to obtain your pin to proceed with registration of UTME. The platform will saddle you with your CAPS and other facilities associated with them.

    Registration of a Google Gmail Account to complete JAMB profile is for free. The most interesting thing is that it is a simple thing to prepare as discussed in this entry.

    You are able to configure your email out with other email registrars such as Yahoo, Microsoft Mail etc. However, creation of a Google Gmail account is preferably the best.

    The best alternative account which can be used is Gmail because most students own android devices. One can easily register with us in JAMB.

    Additionally, you would find it easy to reset your password in case you lose the information..

    Students who had registered in the old JAMB examination should establish a fresh email in the new UTME. An example is in the case that you took JAMB last year and you have taken it again.

    You ought to sign up for a new Gmail account. Do not work the email on which you registered before.

    It is also a common mistake that many students do when they forget which is their JAMB email address or the password.

    It is a big problem since you cannot make any admission without email. You should remember to keep the email and password intact so that you do not encounter any problems in the future.

    Below are the procedures of creating an email address to use to do JAMB registration;

    Launch the Google chrome app in your phone.

    An iPhone user can be able to use a Safari browser, through which Google Mail may be entered by typing in the URL Gmail.

    • The address of the site is http://www.gmail.com
    • On Get Gmail
    • after clicking on get mail, Gmail is created
    • Enter your First name and last name.
    • Your first name is the name part and the last name is the surname.
    • Enter your email details
    • Write your Username
    • Your email address will be the username.
    • Write your Password
    • Tap on the Next blue button.
    • Type your phone number

    In case you lose your password, your account would be recovered by the use of your phone number. Always take care that you enter a correct mobile number.

    • Enter your secondary email.
    • Choose your birthday
    • Choose your Gender
    • Hit the blue Next button.
    • Scroll down and press I agree to button.

    This is the place where you will agree to the Privacy and Terms of Gmail.click on I agree.

    • You will sign automatically to your new Gmail address
      This is the final procedure of making your Gmail account registration on JAMB.

    Feel free to ask more Sir  any questions or clarification you have.

    And you may please direct questions to me on JAMB and on admission.
