Institutions such as the University of Lagos will screen candidates based on a minimum of 200 points in the Post-UTME screening exercise, whereas other institutions might have a lower score.

Still, you are allowed to convert your UTME registration to Direct Entry if: you have taken the UTME this year, have a valid post-secondary diploma such as ND, HND, NCE, IJMB, or A-Level certificates, and want to be admitted into a 200-level program. Registration for Direct Entry is still open and is likely to keep going until JAMB later announces a closing date.
